  • The tenant signatory of this contract concluded for a fixed period may not under any circumstances claim any right to remain in the premises at the end of the stay.

  • Reservations are confirmed by payment of the full stay.

  • Additional nights and extras are to be paid at the end of your stay.

  • The contract is established for a specific number of people. If the number of customers exceeds this number, the owner is able to refuse the additional customers. 

  • We accept cash, checks and bank transfers.

  • Our prices are inclusive of all taxes.

  • The tourist tax is a local tax that the customer must pay to the owner who then transfers it to the Public Treasury.


We are a small structure and cancellations affect us. Any cancellation must be notified to the owner by e-mail.

  • If the cancellation occurs more than 15 days before the start of the stay, the customer will not be liable for any costs.

  • If the cancellation occurs less than 15 days before the start of the stay, the full price of the accommodation will then be due to the owner. As well as if you do not cancel and do not show up on the day of the reservation.

  • In the event of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the cost of accommodation remains fully acquired by the owner. Unused additional services will be refunded.

  • In the event of cancellation by the owner, the client will be fully reimbursed for the sums paid.

Arrivals & departures

The rooms are accessible from 4 to 6 p.m. on the day of your arrival. If you wish to arrive earlier or later, please let us know in advance and we will accommodate you as best we can.

The accommodations must be vacated before 11 a.m. on the day of your departure. We have a room to keep your suitcases (we decline all responsibility for the suitcases deposited).

We thank you in advance for respecting these times so that we can guarantee you the best possible service.

Respect for places

Thank you for respecting the peaceful character of the place and the park during your stay. We kindly ask you to inform us of any damage or breakages that may have occurred and to leave your accommodation in good condition. In the event of major damage, you may be asked for compensation corresponding to the damage suffered.

For the comfort and safety of all, the Manor is non-smoking.


For the comfort of all and our little hens, animals are not allowed in the castle. The customer agrees to respect this prohibition, under penalty of being denied access and the cost of accommodation acquired from the owner.

Car park

A location is available for our customers. Cars are parked there under your own responsibility and we recommend that you do not leave valuables there.


The tenant is responsible for damages arising from his fault. It is required to be insured by a resort-type insurance contract for these various risks. In the event of damage not covered by the insurance, the repair costs must be borne by the tenant.
